Abstract
In recent years, the importance of recycling metal resources has been reconsidered. Accordingly, researches are being conducted to develop equipment for metal resource recovery. In particular, the development of equipment using Laser Induced BreakdownSpectroscopy(LIBS), which can classify alloys or synthetic plastics, is actively progressing. At this time, it is necessary to develop a detection system for recognizing metal scrap and controlling the classification system. In this study, we developed a sensing system for controlling metal classification system using LIBS, and analyzed the timing error of the driven equipment using the developed sensor.
