Exact Maximum Singular Value of a Complex Interval Matrix

Abstract
This paper shows that exact maximum singular value of a complex interval matrix can be found from a set of selected matrices. The results include both square interval matrix and generalized non-square interval matrix. Three illustrative examples are presented to verify the validity and utility of the proposed method.
