Temperature Dependence of Faraday Effect of Germano-silicate Glass Optical Fiber Doped with CdSe and CdMnTe particles

Abstract
We investigated the temperature dependence of Faraday effect of the germano-silicate glass optical fibers doped with CdSe and CdMnTe particles. The Faraday rotation angle measured at 0.142 Tesla upon temperature change from 25 °C to 120 °C of the CdSe and CdMnTe doped fibers were 1.64 x 10-3 degree/°C and -10.49 x 10-3 degree/°C, respectively.
