Design and fabrication of lensed optical fiber probe for various optical fiber interferometry

Abstract
The optical fiber probe consisted of a lensed fiber is analyzed and experimentally characterized. The working distance and spot size of the probe could be simultaneously controlled by taking a proper combination of input parameters.
