Broadband anti-reflection structure for optical microscope
Abstract
For application to optical microscope, we design and fabricate anti-reflection structures with high transmittance in a broad wavelength range on both sides of the optical lens. We demonstrate the improved transmittance of the lens with anti-reflection structures.
