Broadband anti–reflection structures on lenses applicable to visible–NIR microscope
- Abstract
- In the optical microscope, reduced reflection on surface of the objective lens is important to improve the microscope resolution. The anti-reflection structures can be used to reduce the reflection in wide wavelength. In this research, we fabricate the anti-reflection structures on the both sides of optical lens and show the improved transmission of this lens, over 95%, in visible-NIR regions without any image distortions and changed focal length.
