Abstract
By combining the electrically tunable optical response of the carefully chosen two-dimensional materials-based van der Waals junctions with the computational algorithm, we demonstrate high-performance miniaturized optical spectrometers covering a wide spectral range with nanometre-scale spectral resolution. © 2024 The Author(s)
