- Abstract
- Brain imaging offers neuroscientists to study specific areas of the brain. In studying these areas, techniques such as CT, PET, and optical methods have been performed. Among them, optical imaging can access a smaller area of the brain but it produces images with higher resolution than other techniques. Firstly, this dissertation describes the development of common-path off-axis incoherent holography and its application to single-shot three-dimensional fluorescent microendoscope. The proposed method not only has high stability against the environment vibration but also reconstructs images with only one FFT from a single exposure hologram. Finally, it is applied to a micro-endoscope that can record 3D information with a fast acquisition.
