- Abstract
- This paper proposes High-resolution Time-interleaved Delta-Sigma modulator using
inverter-based integrator. These days, Analogue and digital converters (ADC) commonly used
in many electronic device essential parts. Research has been carried out on high performance
ADCs in accordance with the intensive development of technology. However, as the limitation
of the fabrication technology, the design of high gain and low power Op-amps becomes very
difficult. For that reason, suggesting Time-interleaved Delta-sigma modulators (DSM)
composed inverter-based integrators. Those are makes it possible to reduce the power
consumption and enhance the operating speed through the parallel architecture.
This ADC has been designed with 0.18 um CMOS process by magna, and simulation
performed by Cadence Virtuoso Spectre circuit simulation and MATLAB.
