Effect of metal coating in acousto-optic tunable polarization filter

Metadata Downloads
Abstract
We demonstrate an efficient and robust acousto-optic tunable polarization filter using a metal-coated fiber. The shift of resonant wavelength caused by the acoustic and optical effects originated from the metal coating is analyzed. © 2011 National Sun Yat-Sen Univ.
