Abstract
Since the discovery of single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT), SWNT has attracted with great interest because of their outstanding mechanical and electrical properties. For these reasons, researches for implementation of their electronic applications such as field-effect transistors have been substantially promoted. In the recent, conjugated
polymer wrapping of SWNT has aroused great attraction as a method for separation of SWNTs due to their advantages of high selectivity toward Semiconducting (sc) -SWNT and simple polymer sorting process. In this research, we introduce the pyrene moiety as main chain of conjugated polymer to investigate the selectivity of sc-SWNT with
conformation. Their dispersion selectivity and diameter of sc-SWNTs enriched by pyrene-based conjugated polymers were characterized by various measurements such as UV-vis absorption spectra, Raman spectroscopy. Finally, the sc-SWNTs were employed into FETs as an active layer.
