Abstract
In this study, we distinguish Anthracnose infected tomato seeds from healthy seeds using Full-field Optical Coherence Tomography (FF-OCT). A few studies have reported the use of OCT in studying seed morphology. However, 3D imaging of internal tomato seed structure for healthy and infected seeds using Full-field OCT has not been reported yet. Two dimensional FF-OCT images reveal that healthy seeds have wider gap between the seed coat and endosperm whereas the infected seeds are not.
