- Abstract
- In this study, we analyzed and distinguished morphological structural changes of Anthracnose infected tomato seed from healthy one which is not reported yet using Full-field Optical Coherence Tomography. We analyzed that healthy seeds have gap between the seed coat and endosperm which was about 28.17 μm whereas in infected seeds this gap is not present. Also dryness and time period didn’t affect the seed structure but infection does. 3D structure of infected seed has revealed that permeability of seed coat has been affected due to infection.
