라이트 필드 영상 장치의 초점심도 향상을 위한 Multi-focal spot 폴리머 마이크로렌즈 어레이 제작 공정
- Abstract
- Multi-focus microlens array (M-fMLA) is imperative to enhance the light-field imaging performance in terms of Depth of Field (DoF). In this study, quartz mold with different curvatures is generated by modified isotropic etching process. We present low-cost/large-scale fabrication method for M-fMLA using replica molding and demonstrate imaging to verify extended DoF.
