Abstract
Multi-focus microlens array (M-fMLA) is imperative to enhance the light-field imaging performance in terms of Depth of Field (DoF). In this study, quartz mold with different curvatures is generated by modified isotropic etching process. We present low-cost/large-scale fabrication method for M-fMLA using replica molding and demonstrate imaging to verify extended DoF.
