1D 금속-절연체 공진구조를 통한 RGB 색 순도 향상

Abstract
이 연구에서는 별도의 리소그래피나 에칭과정 없이 구현 가능하고, 금속-절연체-금속-절연체-금속으로 이루어진 이중 공진 구조 (MIMIM)를 색으로써 해석한다. 공진이 발생하는 위치를 절연체의 두께 조정을 통해 조절하여 순도가 매우 높은 색 구현하는 방법을 제시한다.
