Parameter correction methods for optical quadrature detection in a 3x3 fiber-optic coupler based interferometer

Abstract

3x3 광섬유 커플러 기반의 간섭계가 갖는 내재적 위상차를 이용하여 두개의 서로 다른 출력신호로부터 광간섭계의 직교 신호쌍을 복원하였다. 두 신호의 리사주 패턴을 타원과 curve fitting 함으로써 간섭계의 불완전성을 보상할 수 있었고, 이를 통해 보다 정확한 미소변위 측정을 할 수 있었다.
