Enhanced light harvesting in photovoltaic device based on randomly disordered structure

Abstract
We introduced efficient light harvesting strategy with randomly distributed disordered structure. Based on the simple fabrication processes, we designed reusable mold for encapsulating layer of the solar cell. By controlling the size of randomly dispersed rods as a anti reflective structures and scattering structures, we demonstrated a light controllable encapsulating layer.
