Abstract
Tamm plasmon (TP) structure, which consist of a thin metal layer and a distributed Bragg reflector (DBR), can exhibit light confinement allowing for enhanced absorptance in a metal layer at the wavelength. Having porosity of a-Ge TP structure is different n, k depending on porosity and is achieved high, narrowband absorptance. This structure demonstrates a one-dimensional, one-material high-performance an wavelength-selective in NIR.
