Tumor Margin Detection using 1.7-μm Spectroscopic OCT

Abstract
We developed an OCT with a wavelength of 1.7-μm swept source which has deeper penetration depth and high absorption in lipids. The OCT system imaged the brain tumor model and the optical attenuation coefficients were obtained for normal and tumor regions. © 2021 The Author (s).
