Abstract
In this paper, we achieved enhanced selective emission of radiative cooling by utilizing silicon oxynitride (SiOxNy) multilayers with a varied composition. Compared with traditional selective emitter (T-SE), the proposed structure achieves high IR emission even in the thin thickness which is less than 1.5 μm
