Abstract
Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials have been attractive in the next generation solar cells due to their excellent photovoltaic properties, competitive power conversion efficiency, and even low-cost solution processibility. State-of-the-art device performance of perovskite solar cells reached 20% efficiency, and it is expected to be further increased as high as 25%. However, morphological control of perovskite film and interfacial engineering are still issue for further enhancement on device performance and stability, and also it should be investigated to demonstrate scalable printing method for low-cost perovskite solar cells. Therefore, in this talk, comprehensive study on morphology control, interfacial engineering, and large-scale fabrication toward high-performance perovskite solar cells will be discussed.
