High Sensitive VOC Gas Sensor employing Deep Cooling of SERS Film

- Abstract
- By cooling down the temperature of the SERS film
down to ~ -80oC, the detection sensitivity of VOC gas, such as
benzene, was observed to be increased by ~ 2,000 times, which lead
to several ppb level sensitivity in real time.
