Metadata Downloads
Abstract
Dravet syndrome (DS), caused by mutations in the Voltage gated sodium channel (SCN1A), is one of the epilepsy symptoms that occurs in infancy. 1,3,4 oxadiazol 2(3H) one derivatives, a structure differentiated from previously developed drugs, has been found to be effective in alleviating these epilepsy symptoms. Among them, 21d showed the most in vivo activity and hepatic microsomal stability, which measured the motility of zebrafish. 21d is effective in reducing epilepsy induced motility, exercise cycle, and exer cise persistence in characterized
zebrafish (scn1Lab), and can be proposed as a new treatment for DS therapy
