Quantum-phase transition in HoNi2B2C tuned by a magnetic field

Abstract
The electrical resistivity of single crystalline HoNi2B 2C has been measured at several magnetic fields. The three anomalies in the magnetoresistance due to metamagnetic transitions are observed. The temperature dependence of electrical resistivity is strongly dependent on magnetic field. Non-Fermi liquid behavior is observed near the metamagnetic transition fields. ? 2004 Published by Elsevier B.V.
