Dynamic Control and Stabilization of a Laguerre-Gaussian Beam by using the shifted Zone Plate Method

Abstract
A Laguerre-Gaussian (LG) beam with a helical phase structure has been demonstrated by using a spatial light modulator (SLM) from a commercial projection display. We realize dynamic control of the LG beam and explore a wavefront correction for the LG beam by introducing the shifted zone plate method. The wavefront-corrected LG beam is characterized by observing the interference pattern.
