Abstract
SrPd2Ge2 single crystals were grown by self-flux method. Several shiny plate-like single crystals were obtained. The crystal structure and lattice parameters were characterized using the x-ray diffractometor, which indicates the crystals are in a single phase of ThCr2Si2-type. We confirmed superconducting transition temperature at 2.7 K by measuring magnetization and electrical resistivity.
